(accepted payments methods: credit cards, bank transfer – onsite only: cash)

Please register as early as possible to benefit from the Early Registration Fee.

Please note that registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. 
The invoice that will be received serves as confirmation of registration.

All registrations must be made through the Workshop website: https://lung-health-asia.org/

A handling fee of 15 US$ will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees.

Rates are exclusive of VAT where applicable. In case of fluctuations in VAT the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.
Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payment can only be accepted on-site where on-site fee will be applicable.

1 Applies to MD/Physician practicing in any Asia-Pacific country.

2 Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, physical/physiotherapists.

3 Applies to individuals whose primary role is research in the fields of Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, including sub-disciplines: anatomy, physiology, statistics, neuroscience, pathology, biochemistry, lab technicians, and research coordinators.

4/5/6 Applies to those born after January 1, 1994, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email a copy of official document within one week of submitting registration indicating age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard local or international rate.

7 Applies to MD/Physician practicing in any country outside of the Asia-Pacific region.

8 Applies to staff and/or associated representatives of any for-profit organisation (excluding any of the above roles).

* Accepted abstracts presenters will be able to benefit from an extended early fee deadline once results will be announced.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at in**@lu************.org.
  • Before 18 December 2023 all fees will be refunded minus 40 US$ for administrative charges. All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
  • After 19 December 2023: no refunds will be made.
  • Name changes will incur a 40 US$ charge to cover administrative costs
